Barre 11 Studio

When Jen Hays founded Barre 11 in 2012, she envisioned a space where fitness could transform lives right here in Murfreesboro, TN. As the studio’s roots deepened, I stepped in to shape its online presence, crafting a brand that reflects its commitment to strength, community, and empowerment. From the outset, I focused on creating a cohesive identity that mirrored the studio’s welcoming atmosphere, blending elegant design with functional appeal to connect with both local clients and a growing online audience. My work laid the foundation for Barre 11 to thrive as a beloved local business, now celebrating more than a decade of success.

The real turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic when I designed streambarre11.com, a dedicated platform to keep Barre 11’s community engaged through online class access. Recognizing the need for a seamless digital experience, I built a user-friendly site that allowed members to join live and on-demand classes from anywhere, preserving the studio’s intimate, supportive vibe in a virtual space. This effort not only sustained the business during challenging times but also expanded its reach, reinforcing Barre 11’s reputation as an innovative leader in fitness. The site’s clean design and intuitive navigation were crafted to ensure accessibility, helping clients feel as connected as they do in the studio.

Over the years, my design and marketing work has been key to building Barre 11 into what it is today—a thriving hub of wellness with a strong, recognizable brand. Through strategic updates to the website, targeted social media campaigns, and consistent branding efforts, I’ve helped highlight the studio’s unique offerings, from barre and bounce classes to its empowering community spirit. The partnership with my wife has allowed us to evolve the brand organically, ensuring it resonates with both longtime members and new enthusiasts, solidifying Barre 11’s place as a cornerstone of Murfreesboro’s fitness scene.
